Deanfield Homes is an established, experienced housebuilder specialising in small to medium sized residential developments. Their ethos is one of ‘creating new homes in environments that have a real sense of space’. Every new home they create is built with passion – secret escapes that work with the area they exist within, rather than against.
So, when Deanfield Homes chose Buildpass to support them with a multi-layered project, we jumped at the chance!
The project.
Deanfield Homes had started a new project in the beautiful West Oxfordshire village of Shipton-Under-Wychwood. This new development – Deanfield Grange – would be a selection of 40 new builds made up of three, four and five bedroom family homes built in a traditional style with high specification interiors.
It was a high end, major development – one that required serious attention to detail and a team that would get the job done. The work would require everything from advice to SAP calculations and relevant certifications.
Luckily, this was just our cup of tea.
The work.
Deanfield Homes hired us to:
- Deliver building fabric advice
- Guide them on buildings regulations compliance
- Carry out design stage SAPs
- Carry out AS built SAPs
- Manage the EPC process
We love projects with different elements like this as it means we really get to know the company and support them from concept to completion. It’s an area that we know we truly excel.
The result.
The team were able to support Deanfield Homes with a speedy turnaround from their air test result through to the EPC. We also collated all of the necessary information and documents ready for CML and customer handover.
The client was enormously happy and faced no delays with the project development – our ultimate mission with any project we work on.
